Summary
The issue of CO2 emissions and associated global warming, which is widely discussed in the context of limiting temperature increase to 2°C, remains a major concern and forms the basis of this study. This paper presents a comparison of CO2 concentrations measured over a 24-hour period at two predefined locations.
The measurement sites were deliberately selected to represent contrasting environments. The first was situated along a busy road near a bus terminal, while the second was located near a water reservoir and a quieter road. The aim was to monitor and compare CO2 levels at these locations over the specified time interval.
Furthermore, comparative CO2 emission measurements were carried out at one location. The two mobile measurement systems, each comprising a Testo 435 device with a CO2 probe and a laptop, were positioned close to each other near the Sports centre, which is situated close to the water reservoir and the forest.
Both measurements aimed to measure CO2 emissions. In the first case, CO2 was measured for 24 hours at two locations near the bus station and the water reservoir. The second measurement lasted 14 hours and involved both mobile measuring systems was located nearby to each other in one place, near the sports centre, close to the water reservoir and the forest.
