MBUX, our highly praised multimedia system, delivers exactly that. With multimodal control options, a new level of personalization and individualization, best of class graphics and artificial intelligence it is set to usher in a new era in terms of infotainment and Mercedes me services. Its revolutionary voice assistant “Hey Mercedes” allows using natural language and creates an unparalleled ease of use in voice control. This article provides insights in the creation of MBUX, which focused on the customer right from the start.
