Modulares Antriebsdesign als Grundlage für Agilität globaler elektrifizierter Plattformen

Zusammenfassung

A modular eDCT platform developed by Punch Powertrain PSA e-transmissions (PPeT) is introduced. The motivation for the topology and base design has already been introduced in 2019. In the current paper therefor further focuses on the design considerations and decisions to further evolve the already successfully proven gear arrangement of the Punch Powertrain DT1 transmission. The modular design concept will be introduced showing the flexibility towards 3 main differentiators: electrification, torque capability and vehicle application. Using this modular approach the platform can be used in a wide range of vehicle applications, allowing the vehicle manufacturer a flexible solution set, whilst minimizing development effort and risks for both the vehicle manufacturer and the powertrain supplier...
