MUBEA has developed an innovative adaptive roll stabilization system that utilizes a combination of torsion spring and damper technology to enable precise tuning of vehicle behavior. The system allows for demand-driven adjustment of roll stiffness, optimizing both driving dynamics and ride comfort. As part of a joint development project with the HYUNDAI Motor Europe Technical Center (HMETC), the system was integrated into a demonstrator vehicle and extensively tested. The primary goal was to analyse the technology’s potential under real-world conditions at the full-vehicle level and to assess its impact in detail.
