Zusammenfassung

The publicly funded project AnRox (Fail-safe and efficient electric drive system for ro-bot taxis) addresses intelligent fail-safe drive systems for future automated vehicles as a basis for safe operation, high user acceptance and economic business models for providers. The aim is to research and validate innovative fail-safe drive systems for the lead application robot taxi, in which additional costs are compensated for by increased user and provider benefits.

In order to be able to design the drive system efficiently and at the same time cost-effectively, application specific development is indispensable. To define the appropriate use cases of the robot taxi, several fleet data sets of existing mobility service providers were therefore analyzed and aggregated. Based on this information, a method for generating statistical daily driving cycles for the robot taxi could be developed. In parallel, the traffic network of the exemplary city was mapped in a virtual traffic flow simulation, in which the generated daily driving cycles could finally be converted into load profiles based on real traffic data. In the future, these profiles will serve as input variables for the longitudinal dynamics simulation of the robot taxi and will enable the dimensioning and design of the drive components.
