With the ID. family, Volkswagen will further extend its range of attractive all-electric vehicles. The platform for this is the modular electric drive matrix (MEB), for which the powerful APP550 drive was developed. This serves as the basis for a sporty and dynamic compact vehicle that at the same time offers very good efficiency.

The ID.4 GTX and ID.5 GTX are the flagship models of Volkswagen’s electrically powered SUV and coupé product lines. Both will receive a fundamental upgrade in 2023. Even more than expanded standard equipment, the increased power of the allwheel-drive vehicles will considerably increase their desirability.
