Summary
For autonomous driving, a key requirement is the correct perception of the vehicle’s environment. In order to provide additional data on demand, unmanned tiltwing aircraft are used in the research project UNICARagil. By providing a unique point of view, the Info Bee can contribute valuable information in critical situations. This paper presents the Info Bee and provides a solution to path planning challenges arising from street inspection flights at high speed
