Summary

As a leading supplier of premium cars and premium motorcycles, the BMW Group is excellently positioned in a rapidly changing and volatile environment.
On the one hand, the BMW Group has clearly committed itself to the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. On the other hand, the BMW Group has a flexible vehicle architecture that allows customers to order their preferred vehicle with different drive systems: petrol, diesel, PHEV, EV and in future, where appropriate, also as hydrogen. At the BMW Group this flexibility is called "The power of choice.
Over the past decades, the usage scenarios of our customers have changed: In addition to ownership, leasing and financing, flexibility and convenience are becoming increasingly important. It is therefore important that the BMW Group, as a globally operating OEM, opens up local offers for its customers. Co-operations and participations play a key role in this aspect, enabling the BMW Group to expand its product range quickly and flexibly.
In all markets undergoing change, collaborations and shareholding are of great importance. Both in autonomous driving (A), as well as in connected services (C), electrification (E) and services (S). We speak of the 4 ACES because we are convinced that there are great opportunities for the BMW Group in all areas of change.
The BMW Group will continue to offer a unique combination of fascinating vehicles and inspiring services, while at the same time making its contribution to meeting climate targets. Our customers can choose how and with what they want to travel in the future - the power of choice.
