Summary
With the new R4-2.0l TFSI engine in the A4 Audi already launches the second generation of the Audi TFSI technology. The EA 888 engine line features balancing shafts with offset in the engine block, a pressure and volume flow controlled oil pump, an optimized cylinder surface, a turbocharging system with direct injection and variable valve timing on the exhaust side, to name the most important technological highlights.
